Production and workshops
In production, the floor carries equipment, vehicles, impacts and spills all at once. Teping® systems are chosen for the heaviest load in each area: chemical-resistant, antistatic, heat-resistant or cost-effective paint coatings.

Service conditions
What matters on site
- 01
Mechanical load
Traffic on rubber tyres, impact and vibration. Elastic polyurethane floors suit unstable substrates.
- 02
Chemicals and spills
Oils, fuels, solutions of acids and alkalis. Chemical resistance depends on the topcoat.
- 03
Safety
Antistatic floors for production areas with explosion risk and for electronics; anti-slip floors for wet areas.
- 04
Return to service
One-component systems and sealers get an area back into operation faster.
Site zones
Solutions by zone
Different rooms on one site work in different conditions. For each zone, the systems that suit its load, chemicals and temperature.
- 01
Production halls and workshops
Seamless 2 mm self-levelling floors or quartz-reinforced paint: they protect concrete from abrasion, stop dusting and are easy to clean.
- 02
Impact and heavy loads
Tough-elastic polyurethane for substrates prone to cracking, and 6–10 mm polyurethane cement for vehicles on metal wheels with polymer rims.
- 03
Areas with chemicals and washdown
Acid-resistant epoxy floor and polyurethane-cement systems that resist solutions of acids and alkalis and cleaning with superheated steam.
- 04
Antistatic zones
Production areas with explosion risk, electronics, server and switchboard rooms: an epoxy floor with a conductive layer and copper tape.
- 05
Stores and ancillary rooms
Cost-effective paint systems and sealers for areas with moderate loads.
