Quantity for your project
Consumption 1.65 kg/m² per 1 mm of thickness. An estimate from the consumption in the technical data sheet, without allowance for the substrate or losses. A TNP technologist will calculate the exact quantity.
Which thickness to choose
- 5 – 25 mm
- Spark-free antistatic floor or a base for resin
Installation
How it is applied
- 1Surface preparationThe substrate must be sound and dry (moisture up to 5 %), free of dust, oil and laitance; concrete at least 1–3 months old, screed at least 28 days.
- 2PrimingAn absorbent substrate is primed in two coats of 150 g/m² 2–3 hours apart; an antistatic floor gets a conductive layer of Teping NG Primer AS with an earthing circuit.
- 3Preparing the mixAdd a 25 kg bag to 6.5–6.7 l of bischofite solution of 1.19–1.20 g/cm³ and mix with a paddle for 2–3 minutes; mix again after 5 minutes. Do not use a concrete mixer.
- 4ApplicationPour onto the substrate, spread with a squeegee and within 10–15 minutes roll with a spiked roller in two directions. Cut joints in bays of about 6 × 3 m after 24–48 hours.
