Quantity for your project
Consumption 1.8 kg/m² per 1 mm of thickness. An estimate from the consumption in the technical data sheet, without allowance for the substrate or losses. A TNP technologist will calculate the exact quantity.
Which thickness to choose
- 5 – 15 mm
- Impermeable coating after 24 hours
- 15 – 30 mm
- Impermeable coating after 48 hours
Installation
How it is applied
- 1Surface preparationA substrate of at least 15 MPa and up to 5 % moisture is ground, milled or shot-blasted and vacuumed.
- 2PrimingPrime the substrate with Teping NG Primer AS, a highly absorbent one in two coats; lay the mix once the primer has fully dried.
- 3Preparing the mixAdd a 25 kg bag to 5.2–5.5 l of water, mix with a paddle for 2–3 minutes, then mix for another minute after a 2-minute pause.
- 4ApplicationPour onto the substrate, spread with a squeegee and roll with a spiked roller in two directions. Before an impermeable coating wait 24 hours for up to 15 mm and 48 hours for up to 30 mm.
