Quantity for your project
Consumption 1.15–1.2 kg/m² per 1 mm of thickness. An estimate from the consumption in the technical data sheet, without allowance for the substrate or losses. A TNP technologist will calculate the exact quantity.

- Finished floor for workshops, warehouses and car parks
- from 30 mm
- When finished with a power trowel
Installation
How it is applied
- 1Surface preparationThe substrate must be sound and dry (moisture up to 5 %), free of dust, oil and laitance; concrete at least 1–3 months old, screed at least 28 days.
- 2PrimingAn absorbent substrate is primed in two coats 2–3 hours apart; a non-absorbent one is milled or given a bonding primer. The mix is laid once the primer has fully dried.
- 3Preparing the mixPour 4–5 l of water per kit into a concrete mixer, add 25 kg of mix and 25 kg of granite aggregate, mix, then mix again after 3 minutes.
- 4ApplicationLay in strips between screed rails, level with a straightedge or vibrating screed and trowel once initial strength is reached. Protect from drying out for the first 3 days.
- 5Anchor groovesRepeat the substrate joints in the floor; without joints, cut bays of up to 6 × 6 m after 24–48 hours and fill them with polyurethane sealant after 7–10 days.
