Service conditions
What matters on site
- 01
Hot washdown
Polyurethane-cement floors resist cleaning with superheated steam and take up to +80 °C continuously and up to +130–140 °C for short periods.
- 02
Acids and alkalis
The acid-resistant epoxy floor withstands surfactants, solutions of acids and alkalis, and solvents.
- 03
Wet floors
Wet areas need a rough surface with quartz sand.
- 04
Hygiene
A seamless, non-porous coating does not trap dirt and is easy to clean.
Site zones
Solutions by zone
Different rooms on one site work in different conditions. For each zone, the systems that suit its load, chemicals and temperature.
- 01
Food production halls and hot zones
4–6 mm polyurethane cement for halls with washdown, and 6–10 mm for hot zones up to +80 °C continuously and heavy vehicles.
- 02
Chemical production
Acid-resistant epoxy floor for areas with reagent spills, and self-levelling polyurethane cement for areas with hot water.
- 03
Wet areas and walkways
Anti-slip epoxy and polyurethane floors that resist fuels, oils and salt solutions.
- 04
Laboratories with instruments
Antistatic floor for laboratories, server rooms and X-ray rooms.
- 05
Corridors and packing
Smooth 2 mm self-levelling epoxy floor for clean zones with moderate loads.
